SERVICOM MAKES SIGN POST DONATION TO NYSC OSUN

The 2021 Batch B Stream 2 Servicom Vanguard have donated two sign posts to the NYSC Permanent Orientation Camp, Ede.
The donation which took place on Thursday, was led by corps member Asuquo Mkpoikanke Akpan, the corps coordinator of the Servicom group on camp. 

While making the donation on behalf of the group, he relayed to Corps Members and camp officials present, the essence of the project which is to publicise the core mandate of the group.
He stated that the core mandate of Servicom includes: the right to access right information, to ensure that Corps Members adhere to all COVID-19 protocols and see to it that they keep to stipulated regulations on camp.

Asuquo also mentioned that through the platform given to them they have been able to make new friends, acquire leadership qualities, and project all their duties professionally. 

While rounding off the presentation, Mr. Fagbemi, the schedule officer of Servicom, urged Corps Members to ensure that their presence is felt in all the activities they get involved in.

The NYSC Osun State coordinator Mr Ayodele Adegoke while unveiling the sign post appreciated the efforts of the group in ensuring that they are able to carry out better service delivery.

While commending them for their selfless service, he enjoined them to remain committed towards providing quality leadership and service to all around them.

NYSC : Agbor Felicitates with Batch B Stream 2 as 2184 Corps Members Disengage from Service in Osun State

The National Youth Service Corps Osun State Coordinator, Mr Agbor Ndoma Obim has congratulated the 2022 Batch B Stream 2 Corps Members for successfully completing the one year mandatory service to the nation.  He appreciated the Corps Members for being undaunted, humble and unwavering since the beginning of the service year till the joyful moment.  Agbor, who monitored the low key exercise along with the management team, disclosed that a total of 2184 were successfully disengaged and that 19 Corps Members were sanctioned by the Board due to the lackadaisical attitude portrayed during their service year which attracted an extension of service, while 14 members who absconded were billed to repeat the service as prescribed in the Act and Bye-laws of the Scheme.
