NYSC OSUN BEGINS INTER-PLATOON DANCE AND DRAMA COMPETITION

The Batch C Stream 1 corps members of platoons 1, 2, 3 and 8 have flagged off the inter-platoon creative competition with their set of interesting drama and cultural dance presentations.

This event, adjudicated by the trio of Mr. Egenti, Mrs. Odewale, and Mr. Adegboola, took place at the NYSC Osun State Permanent Orientation Camp, Ede, on Tuesday.
The keenly-contested competition was adjudicated following a set of criteria that include stage management, platoon attendance, stage management and more. 
The duo of the drama presentations bordered on the importance of cross-cultural affiliation and association to national unity, oneness, and cohesion.

NYSC : Agbor Felicitates with Batch B Stream 2 as 2184 Corps Members Disengage from Service in Osun State

The National Youth Service Corps Osun State Coordinator, Mr Agbor Ndoma Obim has congratulated the 2022 Batch B Stream 2 Corps Members for successfully completing the one year mandatory service to the nation.  He appreciated the Corps Members for being undaunted, humble and unwavering since the beginning of the service year till the joyful moment.  Agbor, who monitored the low key exercise along with the management team, disclosed that a total of 2184 were successfully disengaged and that 19 Corps Members were sanctioned by the Board due to the lackadaisical attitude portrayed during their service year which attracted an extension of service, while 14 members who absconded were billed to repeat the service as prescribed in the Act and Bye-laws of the Scheme.
