CAMP DIRECTOR WELCOMES PCMs, URGES THEM TO KEEP TO CAMP RULES

The Camp Director for the 2022 Batch B Stream 1 Orientation Course, Mr. Aleshinloye Adeniyi has urged Prospective Corps Members deployed to the State for the one year mandatory service to adhere to camp rules and regulations during their stay on Camp.
He made the call while welcoming the PCMs to the Orientation programme on behalf of the Director General and management of the NYSC Scheme stating that the Programme is the first of the four cardinal programmes of the NYSC Scheme and serves as a preparatory ground for a successful service year. 

Addressing Prospective Corps members during the first morning meditation at the NYSC Permanent Orientation Camp, Ede, on Thursday, Aleshinloye, admonished them to be disciplined, respectful and dedicated to the purpose of the Orientation exercise.
He highlighted some of the rules and regulations guiding conduct of participants on Camp such as active participation in camp activities, non-defacing of the NYSC Uniform, sticking to the timetable, proper dressing, among others. He read out some attitudinal dos and donts, urging the members to do the right things at all times. 
Through the meditation topic, PCMs were enlightened on the Clarion Call and what would be needed to truthfully fulfill its purpose. 
Other highlights of the event included: 
the teaching of the various anthem and camp dress code, mantra, commitment and the NYSC Osun State family song by the Assistant Chief Public Relations Officer, Catherine Otemuyiwa, and birthday felicitations with celebrants.
